The title-cited one is about the necessity or otherwise of torture as a tool of intelligence [it's not very good in truth, apparently -leaving aside issues of right and wrong only momentarily]. So you might also look at this site which seems to indicate that the treatment at AbuGhraib was more systematic than previously thought. Then there's this one, which encourages us to learn a few lessons from history.
