Good [?] news for nicoteenies

How about a Smoke-Free Cigarette?
How about this, all the joys [ahem] of nicoteen without the socially noxious side effects and without all that carcinogenic tar. Never mind the bad effects of nicoteen [also one of the most addictive substances known to humanity].

Is this part of a last gasp for the tobacco industry in the west?
