Given a recent report on the arctic ice sheet disappearing by 2070 and the likley effects of that -first on sea level, possibly on the gulf stream, as per 'The Day After tomorrow', then on population movement, food supplies, food security, transport and so on, it's not just in Venice that they'll be saying:'My feeling is rage and recrimination for those who have wasted years and years before starting the work,'
