In terms of trends we whould note the increasing price of oil, the likelihood that it's not going to get significantly cheaper but continue long-term to increase in price, so this comment is also worth noting and reflecting on.

"Green building will be mainstreamed, a far greater share of new construction will be green construction, and there will be a great deal of interest in retrofitting existing buildings so that they are more energy efficient."
