Rooftop Wind Turbines

Aother article on rooftop wind turbines. We should note the compaints about the swishing noise they make, though I suspect this would not be that noticible on windier days ince the ambient noise of wind is likely to make that kind of a noise anyhow -I may be wrong but I suspect that more than a little admixture of nimbyism is at work here. Most urban settings would not notice the noise over the background traffic, I suspect.
