Suspicious behaviour on the tube

I have to say that the story in this article has to begin to stoke concern about our security measures becoming a monster that threatens to engulf us. It concludes;
Isn't a state that keeps files on innocent persons a police state? This erosion of our fundamental liberties should be of concern to us all.
