Shape of things to come? Frozen Britain braced for more snow


Get used to it - at least as one scenario; if the Gulf stream does switch off a a result of globally-warmed cold fresh melt water from Greenland flooding into the north Atlantic this is how it's be for half the year at current global temperatures. A possibility that is rising towards 50/50, apparently. Time to think of learning snow survival skills from the Canadians.
