Now here's an idea worth investigating.
And it could save the world too ... get loads of these stratospheric mobile phone satellites up and running and also loads of jet-stream windmills for power, and if we get enough they will reflect loads of solar energy without it heating the atmosphere, thus offsetting global warming. Problem solved!
Or not.
