Hmmm; and there are people who want us to have more nuke power. So that'd mean there'd be more stuff around to use potentially for nefarious purposes ... sounds worse and worse to me. It's a rmender that t anuclear world is an inherantly unsafe world and the more nuclear it is the greater the chances of Bad Things happening.
