How Britain Denies its Holocausts

I sometimes say how it seems to me that the USA is the Britain of the late 20th Century early 21st. That is to say the Empire produces similar behaviours. This quote commenting on British Empire self censorship about atrocities seemed to me to be capable of reapplication to the USA now.

Criticism of foreign policies is certainly possible, and normal, but within narrow limits which show “exceptions” to, or “mistakes” in, promoting the rule of basic benevolence.”
