Divorce rate at its lowest for 26 years

One thing that would be needed to interpret is to compare with marriage rate and cohabitation figures. Perhaps, after a generation or two of people learning the new social rules, we are coming to a point where tacit knowledge on getting and staying married have caught up with the change social attitudes and conditions ... ?
