E-mail error ends up on road sign

My Welsh in rudimentary (I started to learn a number of years back but wasn't able to continue), but what I do know does indeed support this. BBC NEWS | UK | Wales | E-mail error ends up on road sign:

"When officials asked for the Welsh translation of a road sign, they thought the reply was what they needed.
Unfortunately, the e-mail response to Swansea council said in Welsh: 'I am not in the office at the moment. Please send any work to be translated'."

"Spend and tax" not "tax and spend"

I got a response from my MP which got me kind of mad. You'll see why as I reproduce it here. Apologies for the strange changes in types...
