All the hallmarks of a lasting conspiracy theory

The idea that the World Trade Centre was destroyed or allowed to be destroyed by the Bush administration has been around for a little while, and I suspect that, like the JFK assasination, is likely to be around for a long time. Here's an article which outlines the basics. But the hallmarks are political capital could be made, plausible-sounding alternative explanations for details, distrust of government and global business interests. Of course, on their own, also, most of those things may be right or have something right about them. It's the total mix that sounds off the wall. And yet ...
